Consultant and Managing Partner Heather has over 20 years experience in leadership development, training and management consultancy. Her background as a Research Chemist and in Total Quality Management, for which she has a Masters. She moved into the Learning & Development profession with United Utilities and then worked for 15 years for Cegos, defining and delivering appropriate learning solutions to a diverse portfolio of global clients.
She has worked with a variety of clients in both the public and private sectors, particularly in the areas of leadership development, performance management and consultancy.
Clients she has worked with range from small businesses through to large multinationals across a range of business sectors and she has often worked with professional service firms, helping them to develop their leadership capability.
Heather has also worked with a number of in-house human resources and training teams helping them to develop their strategy and skill set and is particularly valued for her ability to design high quality, meaningful training materials.
As a facilitator, she encourages ownership of learning by providing an environment which stimulates independent thinking and gains commitment to action which will support both business and personal objectives.
She founded Epiphania Limited in 2013 with the goal of providing , personalised discovery and learning solutions that make a positive difference to both the organisation and the individual.
